Welcome to Valley Center Middle School! I am excited and honored to be working with such an amazing team, committed to engaging the hearts and minds of our students. Moreover, thanks for the efforts and support of staff, families, educational partners and alumni; Valley Center can take pride in their school. 

Our focus will be to make teaching and learning visible through the implementation of engaging and empowering instructional strategies that promote higher level thinking skills, and use assessment data to set goals for improvement. Valley Center Middle School is proud to support numerous challenging academic programs/courses, an outstanding band program as well as visual performing arts programs, athletic programs and various school clubs for students.

Parent and family involvement are a critical aspect to school success and to the expansion of programs that create a positive school culture.  Information is shared via the school calendar and phone/e-mail messages. Our goal is to keep all our families informed and involved.
